I saw Jr Jon at Orchards. His MA, Brandy called me in. We talked about why I was there, she totally understood everything, took pictures for Dermo of a problem area on my arm, ask pertinant questions, very efficient without forgetting to be kind and considerate. Dr Jon came in, we discussed why I was there, he asked questions, explained his opinions, explained treatments, explained referrals. He asked me if I had any further questions, and then excused himself. I always feel so confident with Brandy and Dr Jon. I would (and do) trust them with my life.
I received excellent care today. By both the optometrist and the person who prepared me for the optometrist. Both were friendly and efficient. I greatly appreciated the doctor's kindness, patience and expertise. I was very nervous. The doctor answered all my questions, and I felt heard by her. I appreciated that.
Joshua Beu, PA and Brittney, CCMA are absolutely wonderful! My visit was so pleasurable, I kept talking to stay. I appreciate the kindness and patience both Joshua and Brittany embody! I forgot to pre medicate before a minor procedure and they went out of their way and time to have pharmacy expedite my meds. They both took exceptional care of me and what delightful personalities. I am sorry I didn't have more cysts to be removed. I was fully informed of after care and the scheduling of my return visit was easy and prompt.
