Kirk was by far the most thorough, personable, knowledgeable, and sane. The others were fast talking sales folks essentially stepping on the competition trying to make themselves look superior.The work started onetime, the guys introduced themselves and have to say, they were a breath of fresh air. They were polite all about the “please” and “thank you”. A basic courtesy lost these days. The work was completed the same day as promised, and again with thank you for the business.Within the next couple days, I actually got a hand written thank you note, who does this these days...I would highly recommend Bach, hands down. The floor looks great, and these guys are professional smart and very easy to work with.”
