Great Floors provided wonderful experiences for customers. The process was easy, from help in choosing the one wanted, to the quote and then the install. There were no hidden costs and the timeline was exactly what they said it would be. Customers received helpful information about carpeting types and styles. The installation was very smooth and professional. Staff were communicative and knew their stuff. Customers received wonderful service and enjoyed admiring their living room and dining room. The experience of getting carpets fixed and patched up was fantastic. Staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish, professional, friendly, and truly amazing to work with. The quality of the work was excellent. Great Floors also helped with the right flooring for a bathroom remodel, with customers happy with the design and price.
