Troy at Paulson's is honest and considerate. I asked him to come to the home I newly purchased to view the carpeting for replacement. He measured the rooms, inspected the carpet, and suggested to keep the carpet until any remodeling is complete. The markup of the rooms that he measured will be kept in a file for when the carpet truly needs to be replaced. Thank you, Troy.
Store had a good selection. Troy was very knowledgeable. Explained areas to compare on the different carpets. Walked us through the process. Came out to measure and worked up solid numbers. Then helped us fit within our budget limits. Great experience.
