Excellent experience…I worked with Kaylahni - designer rep from the beginning she led me through the whole process of what a remodel would need. First she is very knowledgeable, Super helpful and efficient at what she does. Made my experience shopping there easy. All with soft kind smile. Place was well organized. I got ask if I needed help a lot, and If I did It nice to know I wouldn't have to go look for someone. Lnna and Bobby were pretty helpful with the discounts and promos at the cashier table
Sarah and Kaylahni were so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond when fedex delivered my building supplies to the wrong address. They personally made sure that my package was reshipped to the correct address, went way out of their way to make it happen on a Saturday. So grateful! Will be using them in the future for any design services and floor supplies!
