Kirk was by far the most thorough, personable, knowledgeable, and sane. “Our carpet was installed 2 years ago. There was a tear in the carpet before our warrenty' was up. I called and Kevin answered and told me that he will get back with me but didn't happen. 6 months later I called the store to find out why I didn't receive and answer back. No answer. I wrote a bad review and Kevin and Dion got back to me. Both was sincere in their appologies. Dion sent a repairman out and took care the the damaged carpet.
