“Excellent customer service! We worked with JDI back in the beginning of the year. We planned on doing a full kitchen and living room remodel. They tore out walls and flooring and constructed new cabinets for a whole new layout and lifted the sunken floor. It was an extensive process but working with Art and a designer they recommended (Andrea) was a great experience. The results are exactly what we envisioned- the virtual designs helped bring our vision to life. We waited six months to write this review and are still very happy w the results and their service! I can’t speak highly enough of the company and its employees. From the initial meeting with their estimator (Steven), throughout the entire project through to their own final inspection, they were a pleasure to work with.
There were a lot of intricate details involved with the railing, removing and reinstalling vinyl siding and adding broader trim to the whole exterior. They did a fabulous job with all of it.
Our home is about 100 years old and we expected them to uncover some problems. They found several, we were informed and given options/recommendations for repair before they moved forward. The additional cost was minimal but the peace of mind knowing that the issues had been addressed properly was worth every penny we spent.
We LOVE our new deck! We’ve had so many complements from neighbors and passersby, not only about how great it looks but how impressed they are by the quality of the workmanship.
Being able to see clearly out of our new windows is a novelty that hasn’t worn off yet. The additional windows have afforded great light and made our home so much more livable.
