2211 5th Ave, Seattle“Starting going here for my ACL recovery and cannot say enough good things about the staff. David worked hard to make sure my goals were met and always pushed me hard every day I came in. He has a super positive attitude and is a good listener. I would highly recommend this facility and staff to anyone looking for recovery“

1800 Eastlake Ave E, Seattle“I love this place. The workout is so well designed, but the thing that makes it great is the people who work here. So genuine and just good people. Happy to have found a fitness space that is equal parts good vibes and good workout. ?“

3333 Wallingford Ave N, Seattle“I started at Studio Evolve this year with private lessons with Erin and Elli and I am now going into regular classes. I loved the private lessons as both of them met me where I was and helped me be more connected with my core and breath. Already, the work has helped me outside the studio in my running and strength training, with faster run times and ability to lift more with minimal soreness.
It was an easy transition to classes and all the instructors have been incredible in modifying workouts for your level. The small class sizes are a bonus too because you get so much personal attention that it feels like you’re in a private lesson anyway. You also feel very comfortable regardless of skill level because everyone, including fellow classmates, are so supportive and encouraging. Definitely recommend Studio Evolve to anyone who wants to add to their workout routines, recover after injury or just wants to be more connected with their body.“

17903 Bothell Everett Hwy suite e-105, Bothell“This is one of the best CrossFit gyms I've ever been to. The trainers are amazing, the space is super clean, and the workout plan is challenging—just what you need to get in shape! My favorite trainers are Anna and Chryssie! I love this place so much, and you definitely need to try it out!“
4AM - 12AM
1516 11th Ave, Seattle“Hands down the best gym in Seattle new equipment weekly if not daily The place is constantly expanding in space and nothing stays broken more than a day It just looks like a storefront Walk in -- it goes on floor after floor and is taking over the block Ben the manager actually cares as do all the staff Great attitude by staff and if someone gets outta hand they "talk" to them It is by far the best gym Plus so many bathrooms I can't keep count - check it out“
5AM - 7:15PM
301 NE 103rd St Ste 2A, Seattle“F45 Northgate is fantastic! The coaches do a great job of motivating you and pushing you to do your best. Each workout is unique but still has the same core components. You’re able to feel like it’s like a new workout AND track your progress.“

118 Broadway E, Seattle“I got tired of starting workouts and quitting after a week so I decided to try a personal trainer. Best choice I made all year. Found one nearby who offered a free first session. She was super nice and actually listened to my goals instead of just throwing random stuff at me. She showed me how to do each move right and explained why we were doing them. I didn’t feel judged at all even though I was out of shape. We did some strength work and cardio and I was sore but in a good way. She also helped me set some simple nutrition goals without making it complicated. The only thing that was rough was waking up early to do the sessions but I got used to it fast. I already feel stronger and more confident. If you keep quitting on yourself get a trainer like this. It changes everything.“

920 N 34th St #200, Seattle“FHC is amazing. Generally great vibe with folks from all ranges of physical shapes. Staff are friendly and over 5 years got to know several other folks on a similar schedule. There can be rush times with lots of buff dudes but as a consistent 6:30 - 7:30 am user we never had to wait for machines. Highly recommend for the value and friendliness“

3837 13th Ave W, Seattle“I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost a decade and have trained at many different gyms over the years. I’m also a physical therapist who works with athletes, so I’m extremely picky when it comes to coaching quality. When I moved back to Seattle, I checked out several gyms in the area, and PUSH Box was the clear winner.
The coaches here are truly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. The community is engaged and friendly, and the programming stacks up with the best you’ll find anywhere in the country. One of my favorite aspects is that every class includes athletes across the full fitness continuum with beginners training right alongside highly advanced athletes.
I’ve been a member for almost six months now and have no intention of ever leaving.“

3601 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle“So thankful to have found NWFP as a functional fitness gym. Thoughtful workouts that will kick your butt regardless of fitness level. Modifications available to upscale or downsize specific moves (plus injury mods as needed), and Kyle especially has been a Godsend for the adaptive needs I have re: grip and range of motion. - One caveat: I would not consider this a beginner gym. Some familiarity with fitness moves is very helpful, though instructors always model form and are usually on top of correcting / teaching as needed.“

616 N 48th St Unit A, Seattle“Adnan, who owns Strength Lab, is a fantastic strength/powerlifting trainer. Under his guidance, I've hit several PRs across major compound exercises, learned to squat properly, and lost 30 lb of weight (mostly body fat). For the first time in my adult life, I'm no longer in the overweight BMI. Adnan is consistent, welcoming and very organized (for eg. he sends calendar invites on Sunday for training sessions during the week). Furthermore, he's also inspiring in that he's quite strong, yet lean since he eats healthy and maintains an active lifestyle , including through endurance sports. Lastly, I feel like I enjoy powerlifting more than HIIT and other types of training; because powerlifting is lower reps, higher weights, I feel less exhausted at the end of each class, and follow up with some cardio. I would definitely recommend Adnan and Strength Training Lab for personal training!“
5AM - 10PM
473 N 36th St, Seattle“My wife and me have been with Mike the last 3 years. We could not ask for a better experience. He has been so flexible with our family needs and it helped us get the right foot forward during the pandemic. Even with moving away from the area we still come in weekly because we are the fittest we have ever been our whole life. Thank you Cambio Fitness!“

6134 NE Bothell Way, Kenmore“I joined Reign Fitness a little over a year ago and it was exactly what I needed on my fitness journey. The trainers are so friendly, supportive, push you when you need pushing, and are with you every step of your fitness journey. I’ve had some foot related injuries lately and I appreciate that I can maintain my regular workout schedule because they easily adjust my workout plans to support the healing process. I’m so glad to have found Reign and recommend it to everybody!!“

2022 East Union Street, Seattle“George is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and intuitive. I’ve been going to him for many years and always feel so much better after his massages, and more aware about the tension in my body and exercises I could do to help. His combination of deep knowledge of muscles and the body from a physical trainer perspective, along with his very intuitive sense of healing is so worth experiencing. He is kind and thoughtful too. I highly recommend George!“

5000 30th Ave NE #100, Seattle“I've been taking 3 personal training sessions per week here for the last few months. I've noticed a tremendous difference in my health and energy. Brandon is a great trainer. He has the right balance of motivation and compassion. He's also good about accommodating any injuries I have.“

1412 34th Ave C, Seattle“I'm in my 40s and mother of two young children, with a very limited bandwidth for exercise, but Michele has managed to keep me engaged and challenged incrementally in a way that makes me feel comfortable but very motivated to push further. I've been working with Michele for the last two years and she has helped me build a tailored and sustainable routine to fit my health goals, with very detail-oriented attention to my specific needs. Her approach to fitness as a way to increase mobility and longevity (rather than the traditional focus on aesthetics or weight loss as a primary goal) has been so refreshing. Working with her has been a tremendous asset to me and I feel the benefits of it every single day!“

“I love strength training with Annie! She's friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and best of all, non-judgmental. I was nervous about getting started because I hadn't done weight training before, but she broke it down in a way that was easy to understand, and inspired me to challenge myself in a safe way. The environment in her group classes is friendly and supportive. I highly recommend training with her!“
