Annie is an amazing coach! I've been seeing her for more than 5 years now. I don't consider myself a 'serious' lifter, but with her encouragement I've competed in a local tournament and been able to keep at it through all the other worldly stresses.
I love strength training with Annie! She's friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and best of all, non-judgmental. I was nervous about getting started because I hadn't done weight training before, but she broke it down in a way that was easy to understand, and inspired me to challenge myself in a safe way. The environment in her group classes is friendly and supportive. I highly recommend training with her!
Annie is fantastic. I recently had a 1-on-1 coaching session with her to work on my form for the main barbell lifts, since I've been lifting for several years but had hit a wall with my strength gains. Annie's knowledgeable (I had tons of questions), professional (her goals/skills assessment process and gym environment are well thought-out), and encouraging (inspired confidence to help me hustle out those last hard reps). All that good stuff aside, she's also just plain fun to chat with.
