“While visiting my family for a couple of months, I wanted to keep up my Pilates and chose Pilates Northwest. I went to 8 classes during this time and had 4 different instructors. Each instructor was excellent and welcoming to new comers. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. The studio is very nice and the parking is easy. If I lived here, I would definitely be a client.”

They have all been great at offering adjustments and explanations whenever I’m not getting a move right, and I can really feel the impact it’s having on my strength, especially my core!”
“This is a great pilates studio. Everyone is kind and knowledgable to an older guy. They have the best website for scheduling i have encountered which is a big deal. Great neighborhood spot - especially helpful if you like yoga but also enjoy some science too. Nice reasonably priced merch too.”
