Henry Hardwood Floor is a professional business known for their excellent craftsmanship in refinishing and installing hardwood floors. They provide fair prices, are responsive and transparent, and have a high level of expertise gained from years of experience. Their work results in beautiful finishes, such as the Swedish high-gloss style, and they pay close attention to detail, including hand-sanding specific areas. Customers highly recommend their services. They recently refinished floors in a 1914 house, handling paint and dark stain with ease. The team is very professional, doing a great job cleaning up afterward. Their work is quick, affordable, and capable of transforming rough, worn-out areas into beautiful new-looking floors. Despite some minor issues, such as hairs in the finish or swirl marks, the overall results are impressive, and the team is dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
Henry and team provided great service refinishing our ~100 year old oak and fir floors. They were even able to remove likely decades-old adhesive in one room to revamp fir floors underneath. We weren't sure about that particular piece and are thankful for the team's expertise and quality service. Highly recommend.
Henry and his team did an incredible job replacing our carpet with hardwood. Henry brought great skill and expertise to the job. The team worked quickly, and were very communicative and accommodating throughout the entire project. I’m really grateful that I found Henry Hardwood, and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a floor upgrade.
These guys are legit. Honestly, they are pretty hard to beat for the price. Even if you paid more, there is no guarantee the results would be better. We got another bid from a highly rated vendor and it was 70% higher. I'm not kidding. Communication was more difficult than expected due to language barriers. The staff was very professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We only rated them a 4 for a few reasons. While they say they are happy to fix any problems, it's clear that they felt like we were nit picking. We found a couple of hairs in the finish, which isn't surprising. However, they removed them without buffing the finish so the outline is still there. There are areas where we can see swirls in the finish. They also waited only 30-minutes between the first and second coat.
