Ever since we purchased our house about 7 years ago, we've had a concrete garage with a leaky roof which led to spalling concrete in the roof and puddles of water on the floor the garage in the non-summer months. We'd had a revolving door of contractors who had come in and either sold us on bogus fixes or just told us they weren't willing to do what it took to solve the problem.Enter CRD to save the day. The guys at CRD and I really got to know each other over this project and they did an amazing job listening to my (many) concerns and either assuring me that I didn't need to be worried or addressing them, even when they were nitpicks. We needed to have our back steps replaced without impacting our existing backyard. CRD Design Build offered several good suggestions for improvement and built a landing area with steps to correct our situation. Excellent communication and workmanship.
