Vogel's Carpet & Flooring
“Choosing Vogel’s Carpet and Flooring was the best decision I could have made. After putting off buying new carpet for years because I dread having contractors in my home, this experience was a breath of fresh air.
My daughter and I met Hector de los Santos at Vogel's Seattle showroom. As a 30-year installation veteran, Hector’s technical knowledge is unmatched. He spent two hours patiently answering our detailed questions about pile height, seams, and VOC levels—all while remaining completely transparent and pressure-free.
I requested that Hector manage my project, and he truly went above and beyond. He perfectly leveled my staircase and solved a furniture-moving logistics issue. His attention to detail is flawless; the edges are sharp, and the seams are completely invisible. Hector's professionalism, ethics, and superior craftsmanship turned a dreaded home project into a comfortable, stress-free experience. I can’t recommend Hector and Vogel’s enough!”
