Having worked with J & M Remodel previously, we knew that they are professional/ honest, reliable and excellent craftsmen over a variety of skills and trades. This current project covered demolition, new construction and installation of a new, contemporary living room media and fireplace wall with custom cabinetry, floating shelves and hardwood flooring. We also had new drywall, painting, wall tile , lighting and cabinets installed in a laundry room and shop/craft room. An old wrought iron handrail and carpeted stairs were also removed to allow for new hardwood stairs & a new custom contemporary handrail. It was a great experience working with J&M. They were extremely professional, considerate of both our timeline and budget, and just a pleasure to work with.
We engaged J&M early this year (Jan / Feb) and let them know that we were expecting a baby in Aug. They made sure to work backwards from the date to get our extensive bathroom build and remodel done. They gave us periodic updates to make sure we were within budget and flagged any concerns early to make sure we finished the project on time.
We are very happy with the work – and the overall project is high quality and looks great. They also had a great attention to detail, yet kept us under budget.
