“My house is very old, and the plumbing looks complicated. I was very worried when a pipe started leaking behind the shower wall and I imagined the tile would have to be redone. Joe very quickly found the problem and fixed it, and the tile didn't have to be removed. He was so nice and answered all of my questions and looked at all the other plumbing concerns that I asked about.

A few years ago we had a big company out for a different problem and they tried to sell us things like a tankless water heater. I was happy Joe isn't pushy. He is also tidy and didn't leave a mess like the plumber at my work did.

“Due to an inexpert repair by a non-plumbing contractor several years ago, a leak had developed in the main outflow pipe from my second floor kitchen. The leak was not just behind the dishwasher, but also behind the drywall in back of it, and then out of sight behind the adjacent cabinetry. (Please, people, don't install cabinets in front of pipes!) Simple Plumber was able to diagnose the problem expertly. The offending, and near-unreachable piping was cut off, and replaced with new, accessible pipes to the outflow. Before and after photos attached. “Requested service to repipe a 2 bath/1 kitchen and a bunch of additional stub outs. Doug gave me an estimate that no one else could beat. Was hesitant at first but very happy that I went with them. Baba, Jose, and Michael were masters! Had an issue with one of the stub out due to a hairline crack and Baba was back in to fix this in no time! Unbeatable price on a tip top quality work! Kept things clean!
Couple things to note on all repipe jobs. (1) They're not magicians and can't work through walls. So walls will have to be cut. (2) They're not drywall repairers- you wouldn't hire a surgeon to fix your car right?.
