Joe very quickly found the problem and fixed it, and the tile didn't have to be removed. He was so nice and answered all of my questions and looked at all the other plumbing concerns that I asked about.

A few years ago we had a big company out for a different problem and they tried to sell us things like a tankless water heater. I was happy Joe isn't pushy. He is also tidy and didn't leave a mess like the plumber at my work did.
