“We worked with Dmitry and the Emerald City Construction team to renovate two major spaces in our 1920s Seattle craftsman: an outdated kitchen (much needed, as you can see from the before photo) and a basement build-out (including a new bathroom, laundry, and living space). Dmitry kept us updated through every stage of the process, from initial scoping and mid-project adjustments to the final walkthroughs.
