I had an excellent experience with Dr.J Zou at Evergreen Urgent Care. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, never made me feel rushed or dismissed. Dr.Zou also personally reviewed my lab results, and called later in the day with updates.
It's rare to find a urgent care dr who is not only knowledgeable but also so compassionate and attentive. Her thoroughness and genuine concern gave me a great deal of reassurance during a very stressful time. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr.J Zou to anyone looking for an exceptional healthcare provider.

I visited EvergreenHealth UC in Redmond for the first time this weekend and am so pleased to discover this clinic. There was no wait, which was a big change from other urgent cares we've been to in the area. All of the staff was very competent and helpful. The clinic is clean and new, and treatment rooms are spacious. Best of all, the doctor who treated me (Dr. Tabibi) is an excellent and caring physician. He followed up with me the next day at the other EvergreenHealth UC in Totem Lake and also called me a couple days later to check up on me. I am deeply thankful for the quick action and professional judgment of Dr. R Raghavan during my urgent care visit on Jan. 10th. A rapid developing condition was promptly triaged, preventing any delays and potential complications, led to an excellent prognosis.
