Excellent care. Prya (sp ) checked me in and was very kind and patient with me. The Dr also was excellent, gave me plenty of time and was very thorough. She prescribed antibiotics and requested that I return in 48 hours to retake my vitals and that the antibiotics are working. The doctor was excellent in communicating the necessity to monitor for improvement.
I will definitely recommend zoom care to my family and friends.
Always have had a wonderful experience and have been there for myself and my 5 grandkids over 10 times.
Great to be able to make appts. With no waiting time when we arrive. The staff is courteous and friendly as well as the nurses. The providers, sometimes MD’s or NP’s are caring and knowledgeable. They take the time to hear your concerns and everything have resulted in wonderful and efficient care.

Teresa Erskine is the reason I visit here. She genuinely cares, and is smart and knowledgeable. Just talking to her makes me feel better. She goes above and beyond to understand and resolve the underlying issues.
