I was the first visiting in the Zoom +Care. I have been having hard time my new health insurance plan and unfortunately I am still not sure the who is my provider. When I went in and the front receptionist was totally understanding my situations. She was trying me to put me in the systems and talk to my health insurance providers. I went different clinic yesterday and none of the receptionist did understand what I was explaining. They refused me to help me. One of my coworkers recommended to go in to Zoom Care. I love zoom care I’ve used them three times already. Everyone there is always professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. Carlene in particular has done such a great job as a women’s health provider of making me feel comfortable and explaining everything in a detailed straight to the point manner.
Dr. Oyetuga is always so wonderful and professional. One of my most favorite doctors I’ve seen through Zoomcare, and am especially thankful that she’s a women’s specialist. I’ve made her my unofficial primary WHNP 😅
