This was my first visit to the clinic and Dr. Le as I sought to establish a new primary care relationship. I couldn’t have been happier with the visit. Reception was quick and helpful. The doctor’s MA, Ashlyn, had such unusually positive energy for a doctor’s office- she was delightful. Dr Le has a great bedside manner and took real time to get to know my history and healthcare factors. I feel relieved to have found a great primary care doctor’s office.
Dr Tuvien Le (my PCP) is wonderful! I had an initial physical with another female PCP at the Overlake Issaquah clinic and it was one of the least pleasant health encounters I’ve had. Fortunately, I was able to switch to Dr Le. He’s professional, efficient, courteous, a good listener, and responds promptly to messages. His team is also professional and helpful. I have been patients here for quite some time now. I have gone through many providers but never really connected with any of them. So, I stopped going. It felt like it was a waste of time. My concerns were never addressed but instead, followed up with another 'check-in' appt. I wasn't getting the help I need.
