“This group is AMAZING! The first day I walked in, I felt very out of place. The room was filled with very healthy, athletic, looks like they should be on the cover of Health & Fitness magazine people. I'm just a very out of shape grandmother of eight having many issues with my arms, back and knees, needing pool therapy. But Sarah made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. First session went great! Next sessions were even better. I was very impressed with Justice, Martin and Will. All of them are very professional and were very helpful on my road to recovery. They could explain the exercises easily and let me know exactly what areas it would target and the anticipated result. If you're looking for a place for therapy, in or out of the pool, this is where you should be going. Highly recommended.”
