As a P.T. I have known many Orthopedic Surgeons and Staff. Today all contacts at EOC were kind, considerate, professional, helpful and informative. They gave the perception that they actually want to help people and will work with you to achieve positive outcomes. The doctor I saw was behind in appointments, but I always figure that means they take time with each person, and I would prefer to wait if that's why.The reception staff was friendly. The nurse who showed me to the room was very nice, and gave me an update when I was the next one the doctor would see.Dr. Christal is exceptional. I immediately had confidence in what he was sharing with me re: sore hip, strange pop sound in a knee. It was encouraging, and I'm glad I saw him today.

Dr. Kuechle is efficient and positive. Thank goodness, he has a sense of humor. The one downside is the long time spent in the waiting room, from 30 minutes to an hour. The office should call or text patients when running late; our time is valuable, too.
