We felt they answered all of our questions with honesty and maintained a clear line of communication from the point of the bid all the way through to several days after install. The new system looks fantastic and even got a compliment from the City inspector. We look forward to them maintaining our heat pump and electric air handler every year moving forward.
I needed a new sewer line and most of my sewer was under a stamped concrete patio. Due to the fact that I have two sewer lines connected to my main sewer, they had to make a 3x3 access hole. It took them only about 8 hours over 2 days from start to finish and I have a new sewer line. Redoing the concrete will not be a problem. Very satisfied and would use them again and recommend them highly. Re-piping is defiantly the way to go. And they removed a large bush that had nothing to do with their job. It was a job I was not looking forward to.
Wonderful family atmosphere. Owners are very concerned with well being of the horses as well as always improving the grounds, fencing etc.Great effort in assuring that boarders are respectful of the property, other boarders and their horses. Could not be more please with my experience.

It’s weird to be made to wait for over an hr when there is quite literally no one there other than myself for most of the hr+ I waited.
I love the instructors at this location. I really appreciate their help as I work through various injuries and chronic conditions. I have moved up to level 1.5 but there are days that a level 1 is a challenge and they never make me feel like I am not succeeding. My balance, posture and strength have all improved. I totally recommend Club Pilates Maple Valley.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Taina's office for years. We used to live in King County but we moved down to Thurston County in 2020. We continue to drive over an hour each to get our teeth cleaned here. No dental office matches the professionalism and care that this office has for its patients. We enjoy coming here.

I tried Headgames and Wendy because I had some issues with my recent cuts since I'd added bangs back in. I'd talked to my previous stylist about my concerns but she told me it had to be cut that way because of how the hair falls.
What I particularly liked about Wendy:
I asked her what she thought before telling her my concerns and she immediately identified the issue that I was concerned about and brought up how she could lighten it up and redirect that weight. Additionally, she cuts it dry so she can get a feel for how your hair moves and wants to lay.
I also had her foil my hair in the initial visit. She was able to capture the tone of my natural color so the foil sort of blends with my grey almost eliminating that line of demarcation you get as a foil grows out. This means I should be able to go longer between foils or do more partial foils as long as I don't go too light.
I will say, it's not a budget hair place. I was kind of hoping to pay less than I was at my previous place and it turned out about the same or a little more, but I really appreciate Wendy's approach and even more importantly, results. It was comparable to other places I’ve gone recently and good value. :-) I've already booked my next appointment.

I came in for a highlight touchup. Nicole and I discussed what I was looking for and she understood that I wanted more definition with the blond highlights. The outcome is so much better PLUS we now have a plan going forward with any color selection. Yay!!
I really enjoyed getting a haircut, wash, and blowout. Tobi was very nice and knowledgeable. The salon was clean and had a nice ambiance. My hair looks exactly how I wanted it to. I will be returning!
My 6 year old got her hair cut down to a pixie and bleached all over with rainbow hair colors. Dani was amazing not just with the cut and color but with my daughter (and me). This was my daughters first time getting her hair done all over and first time at a salon, I was anxious but it all went so well because Dani was amazing with her and had some great tricks to help her cope. I am one thankful mamma and will be coming back with her and her sister until Dani retires!!

Wonderful nail salon! So professional and attention to detail is their standard. Their shellac work is always beautiful, multiple coats and so thin and smooth. Quality and a nice experience go along way. I would still go there even if the prices were higher!
Today I had Cece do my nails, usually I have Tony. But Cece did amazing. I love them! She filed and cut them just the way I like them. ♥️ The staff is so kind, this salon is clean and offers a complimentary beverage with service.
This was a nice place to get a pedicure! We had a great time and we're all walk-ins. The ladies there were really kind it seemed, and it was reasonably priced for Washington. We paid $40 for the base pedi. Definitely worth a good review ?

Luis was absolutely fantastic to work with. Much of my house was drenched with water when one of my pipes burst. Luis was knowledgeable about the insurance process, which was invaluable for saving me time and money. He was transparent and upfront with different options and costs. Work was completed on schedule. We used Alan Sander’s company to install a bathroom and closet in a room we were converting to a bedroom. There was limited space so we weren’t sure exactly how to go about it. We received helpful input on design/ layout. The construction went smoothly and we were kept informed during the process. The whole project was finished in a very reasonable amount of time, and the bathroom and closet look great. We are very happy.
I highly recommend Green Builders LLC to anyone seeking help with their home renovation projects. They remodeled my kitchen a couple of years ago and I just had them remodel my premier bathroom. We are very satisfied at present with Aspire, after getting off to a very rocky start. We think there was an internal family issue with the business that has since been resolved. After pursuing our complaints, we were given satisfactory answers. Since then, we have signed Aspire to a year's contract for rodent control. Her communication on procedure was highly comforting and left me feeling very positive when we were done. By far the best dentist’s office I’ve been to, and the first one I’ve liked enough to take time to leave a review. Dr. Jolley lives up to his name and is cheerful and pleasant to talk to. He’s never tried to upsell me on expensive add-ons I don’t need, even though he offers them if desired for cosmetic reasons, and even told me one in particular wouldn’t be worth it for me when other dentists tried to push it, saving me hundreds of dollars.
You spend the most time with the hygienists though, and they also couldn’t be any better. Always pleasant, very perceptive to when you need a break, and very gentle even while working quickly. I have a history of sensitive gums and after cleanings every 6 months over the last several years I’ve never experienced any pain with them. I’d continue driving to them if I moved out of the area.

To start: I have terrible dental anxiety. I was referred out by my regular dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed and I am much older than the standard demographic for this procedure. I had all four of them extracted here by Dr. Gazarov recently.
Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of talking to along this course has been wonderful; from the front desk staff, to Dr. Gazarov’s amazing assistants (thank you Deena and Ilissa!) to the doctor himself, everyone has been very helpful and kind throughout the entire experience. They also have some super rad technology at this clinic- easiest X-ray I’ve ever had! I was booked quickly and when I had an issue, it was responded to immediately. I was particularly nervous because Dr. G is not a permanent fixture at this office, but rather independently contracted at several clinics. Because of that, I had a really difficult time finding reviews about him anywhere and I like to read reviews to know what I’m getting myself into. He’s fantastic, I’d recommend him to anyone!

I've been a patient of Dr. Hagman's for nearly 10 years now. I've struggled with low back pain for many years prior. I've been to a number of different chiropractors over the years, but never to one like this before. Dr. Hagman combines massage therapy with adjustments. It's so apparent that he really cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and do everything he can to help. This is such a contrast from the 5 minutes and you are out the door with other offices. Dr. Hagman gave me homework of exercises and stretches and showed me how to do them. They really do help (when I'm good about doing them). Janice and Bently are also amazing. Bently is always happy to see me. I'd recommend Dr. Hagman to anyone!

I have been fully satisfied with the care of my dogs. They have been able to work us into their schedule in a reasonable amount of time. They thoroughly discussed treatment options while being sensitive to budget. For both of my elderly dogs, they handled end of life with tenderness and compassion for the dogs and respect for me.
My amazing experience with Centennial Kennels began the minute I called to make an appointment with the groomer. She was so very friendly and scheduled my appointment quickly. My great experience continued when I arrived - as I was greeted immediately when I parked and was directed where I needed to go by a friendly employee. However, what really stands out for me was how fantastic the groomer Madison was with my very anxious and nervous dog. She was kind and gentle and made the experience for my Penny less stressful. We will definitely be back. Thank you Madison!!
Our dog needed a nail trim, so we called early afternoon to ask if they had availability today, and they were able to get us in an hour later. We were in and out of there in only 20 minutes. The people who work here are so nice, efficient, and SO good with our dog! He's a very nervous german shepherd mix, but they were extremely patient and gentle with him. Henry did an amazing job. And the prices are great. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Wow. So worth the money, Clean, comfortable, and my therapist was perfect. However, when you book a massage on line you get a call saying that person doesn't do a one hour massage, and you will have to book a 90 min massage. Or you book a 90 minute massage and you are told the day before via a phone call that that person only does a 2 hr massage as they are an elite therapist. Their online system doesn't work and it is very frustrating. It seems like it's a con to get you to up your time, because NOTHING on line says that there are limitations.
The therapists are good. But the business end of it is not. No one wants to schedule a 60 minute massage and be told, you have to do a 90 minute or cancel when you've looked forward to that session for a week. Just very poor business practices from management that has a non functioning website. They should honor the appointment or fix the site, or call immediately when they know it's an issue. No customer likes to feel manipulated.
