The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. Everyone at the clinic was very caring and treated my pets with such gentleness and compassion.

I brought my rats for their first appointment, and they were quite nervous, but everything went wonderfully. The team handled them with great care and made the whole experience much less stressful.

I especially appreciated how understanding and patient everyone was, even though my English is not perfect. The staff made an effort to understand me and communicate clearly, which meant a lot to me.

Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism. Visiting your veterinary clinic was an amazing experience, and I… read full review

I’m so grateful for Dr. LeFevre and the entire team at Pine Tree Vet. From the moment we started bringing our dog there, they were compassionate, considerate, professional, and extremely competent.

After a difficult experience elsewhere, finding Pine Tree Vet felt like such a relief. When our dog became very sick, they made room for us, accommodated us whenever they could, and treated her with so much gentleness and care. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, sweet, and truly cared about her.

Dr. LeFevre and the team explained treatment options, medications, and difficult decisions clearly and compassionately. They called to check in, and Dr. LeFevre personally… read full review

Dr. Zeller and Zoe are so kind in their treatment of my parrot. She is cared for better here than in the 20 years of going to another vet. She doesn't scream like she used to when being handled and leaves in much better shape and chirps and talks going home instead of sitting still and silent in her cage. I wish we had known about your office years ago!!! Thank you so much for your care and dedication!!!
