All the staff were so welcoming, nice, and professional. We were nervous and worried about our baby, but their attentiveness and caring attitude made us feel better.
Loved how the doctor and the assistant listened to our concerns and never dismissed us. Appreciated how they explained every step in details so we understood exactly what was going on and what the next step would be.
Lovely staff. But having just put my dog to sleep I had a few recommendations. The staff kept gathering not far from the door and laughing loudly which just added to the pain of losing my pet.
I really wanted an pawprint and was told I had to do that through the cremation company. That company gouges people with ridiculous hi prices. I declined to go through them. Surely with all the stuff in the euthanasia room they could manage an ink pad and paper.
I love this place and the people there, but wanted to make some recommendations to make a sad thing a better experience.
Everyone was really kind and friendly and they all seemed to really love working there. The vet assistant was sweet and listened to everything we had to say. The vet was very confident and performed our ferret's procedure quickly and without any problems. They even gave him a free nail trim and ear cleaning! It was a great experience overall! It took us about 40 minutes to get there but it was all worth it AND affordable!
