i absolutely love this office. i feel like everyone here is trauma-informed and they actually take time to answer questions and see people as entire person (instead of just a wallet). i've had EXTREMELY traumatizing dental work i used cry during and after every time. they're so thoughtful and thorough here. i really can't believe how hard it is to find a gentle and personable dentist and i truly appreciate them. i hope to never ever change!
I just came from Dr Jolley's office where I had a crown and it was a very pleasant experience.
Due to a few TMJ reconstructive surgeries in the past, I have always had trouble getting numb (nerves are not in the normal places), lots of dental pain and now dental anxiety. My coworker recommended Dr Jolley and I have never had such a positive experience. I was offered several comforting things like a blanket, massage chair, therapy dog Copper (who I adored ) and gas as needed. The first shot did not numb me (it never does) but he patiently tried other areas and I was totally numb on the 2nd shot. I’ve been going to Dr. Jolley for years and it’s always an incredible experience. They offer so many comforts, including therapy dogs, warm neck pillows, blankets, chapstick (or at least they did at one time) streaming services and headphones, and laughing gas for people with anxiety. The staff are all super nice and accommodating, including Dr. Jolley. One time I had a panic attack (unrelated to dental work) and they were so patient and understanding with me. Dr. Jolley gave me as much time as I needed. They are great with my kids, even when my daughter gets anxious and gives them a hard time.
