Michael was the 3rd company to come out to my house for an onsite visit, followed up by a bid/estimate. He was a great (still is!) communicator, really transparent, explained his recommendations, and ultimately I decided to work with him and his team. How he engaged initially, was how he engaged throughout the entire project - I appreciate consistency, transparency, and honesty - and he was all of the above! The project included removing a water heater and installing a Navien Tankless Gas Water Heater. He showed up exactly when he said he would, his team was professional and trustworthy.
