Both Dr. Drew and Josh are outstanding. Rockstars for sure. Been to multiple PT rehab centers over many decades and nothing compares with these professionals. Hope the progress continues.
Penultimate Step has a small business feel. I never felt like just another patient and care was fully customized to me. From pre ACL surgery to post and beyond I had all my questions answered and my PT was excellent. The communication and all the workouts planned are streamlined on a user friendly app. The providers are very knowledgeable caring and seem to have fun and enjoy their career.
Josh provided a customized recovery plan and adjusted my treatment as my condition shifted. He is very knowledgeable and gave thoughtful advice on how to get me back up and running. I've tried physical therapy for my hip before, and this was the best experience I've had by far.
