My dogs turned out just as we had agreed upon. They looked great!4 stars because checking in and out wasn't as smooth as it could be. Both people working were grooming and trying to work the front. I would recommend them.

Vera is the best! She's calm and patient with my crazy boy. He came back smelling so good and feeling so soft. Vera takes great care of my pup. I highly recommend taking your dog here to get groomed.

Surprised by the low reviews. We have been using them for a year and have never had a problem. Not with booking or with haircuts. When you book, you will get a confirmation email that it is approved and works for their schedule. If it doesnt, you will get an email that it doesn't work and you rebook. If you pick the wrong booking and expect a different cut- that's on you. However, all of that is pretty clear in their online booking forum.If any of that is confusing to you, then simply call them to schedule something.I take my Australian Shephered and German Shepherd here.
