I would give a hundred stars if I could. My sweet cat’s front paw was hurt this morning and we were able to walk in and get seen immediately (thankfully we got there at what seemed to be a slower time). I was extremely upset that my baby Muffin was injured and they were so calm and patient with me as I tried to explain what happened between sobs. The entire staff was so gentle and kind from the second we walked in to the second we left. They were so gentle that Muffin even let them pick him up and hold him. He haaates being picked up! The staff are awesome, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for our appt. I was visiting from out of state and my daughter looked the office up for me. Due to their open pricing online and reviews, we booked an appointment. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable and they do not push anything you do not want. My experience they searched for less expensive medication options without compromising my pets health. This will now be my go to vet visiting Maple Valley.

Tracy was awesome relieving my stress looking for a Vet to provide a health letter/certificate so I can travel with my dog across the border to Mexico. My previous Vet refused to provide this service !
Dr. Kidd was extremely helpful writing the health letter in minutes and checking my dog. The surprise was the bill where they gave me a senior citizen discount without me asking and a complimentary nail cut, both were a welcome gift and much appreciated.
The office itself was calm and they invoke the new practice to do all they can to keep your pet calm and have a better vet visit overall.
