It was an amazing experience! We were passing through on our way to Canada and Alaska and I had to have some stitches removed. On-line booking was easy. Everything went like clockwork. The staff was super friendly. Best Urgent Care experience ever!
Quick seemly clean and effective. I went in rather stressed and upset, the med tech left me alone in the room rather than over explain or pester me which I appreciated. Physician was clear and quick, hopefully never want to return. But not because the staff and location.
Everyone was so pleasant and friendly, from the front desk to the Physician's Assistant. I was able to pop in and be put on a list, then go home and wait. Actual appointment was less than 20 minutes! Thanks for the great experience.
Update 6/30/26: This time I made an appointment. I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage. The PA and RNP were very patient and kind when gathering info and discussing treatment. Another amazing experience! Thank you.
