Jennifer Darby, the ARNP I saw for my 3 year old son tonight was lovely! She was knowledgeable, efficient and amazing with my son. Super thankful for the care we received tonight, I honestly wish she could be his PCP. He has never been more comfortable with a health care provider. Amazing bed side manner and all around great experience with her and her assistant despite long wait times today (first time this has ever happened, usually seen really quickly) this is my favorite urgent care in the area.  I hope to see her again next time I bring one of my kiddos in.Side note: as a mother to a busy toddler I absolutely love how you have the wait list option. Well done indigo

My daughter had an ear ache. Office was very busy and we had to wait for a couple of hours BUT it was well worth the wait!! Wonderful medical assistant and wonderful Doctor!!! Great bedside manner!! My daughter got dizzy when her ears were flushed. They waited and attended to my daughter with kindness and professional care!! Awesome team!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs urgent care!! Thank-you very much from the bottom of my heart!! My daughter’s ears are OK now!! Thanks again!!

I love this place, I’ve been several times for when my kids or myself are sick and need care quickly. The staff is always very kind and compassionate about the care we need. I send everyone to the maple valley indigo.
