“Our first experience with Cascadia Comfort was a very positive one. We suspected a refrigerant pipe was leaking from our existing heat pump system causing damage to a window. We called Cascadia Comfort and they immediately scheduled an appointment for us with Riley. Riley arrived right on time and got to work to identify the problem. He was extremely thorough and kept us informed at all times. He did need to return a second time to do the repairs, but he was able to finish ahead of schedule. At all times, communication was clear and we were provided with up front reasonable costs for services. Although Riley did not find the heat pump piping to be the cause of the damage to our window, he did find other concerns that he promptly addressed and repaired that will save us from future problems with our system, and more costly damages than replacing a window.
