Katelyn and Tawnie are the absolute best in their profession. They definitely deserve 5 stars, but I believe 5 halos are more fitting. I have been seeing Tawnie since before she started her own practice, and she has always made me feel more like a friend than a client. Yuki was very professional and helpful. I came in with neck pain, and Yuki did a great job focusing on the area that was bothering me. I am a parent-caregiver, and I had somehow been switched to a different type of provider, which requires a different and longer training, by a specific time. When I was first alerted, I called and they told me not to worry about it. I kept getting notifications for it, and it started giving deadline was really close, and the trainings are hard to schedule in a timely fashion. I called back, two more times and was told not to worry about it. The system was being set off for some reason, so I worried about it 😂 Turns out, there was a problem, when it blacked me out the day after the deadline. I called, waited on hold for 2 hours, the lady told me she would call me back after talking to a supervisor, because it was complicated. Never heard back.
Today, I spoke with Harpreet. This glorious angel had it figured out and walked through the fix, in about 3 minutes! She immediately thought to cross-reference something, and found the issue.

I’ve been to a lot of barbers over the years, and this spot is easily one of the best. The vibe is super welcoming, everyone’s professional, and you can tell the barbers really care about what they do. I’ve never seen anyone walk out with a bad cut.
My barber actually took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted and paid attention to all the little details. The fade came out super clean, the beard was lined up perfectly, and nothing ever felt rushed. Booking was easy, the shop was clean, and the prices are fair for the quality you get.

Driving through to visit a friend And I needed my nails done. I saw this place and decided to come in. Lynn and Tammy greeted me with kindness and was welcomed me in right away. They did my pedicure and manicure at the same time. actually I got a full set acrylic on, and it only took about an hour. They do such a good job and they’re so nice. Story time : Yesterday was my birthday, and I was already having a rough day, I wanted to get my nails done and I had made an appointment at a different nail salon, which they decided to not respect my time & attend their walk ins instead, I left that place (never returning ) & found this place ! It was a blessing in disguise because Karen was amazing & she really changed the route of how my special day was going. She was kind, respectful and helped me feel better. I recently started coming here, and today was my second time. It’s a small, Korean salon, but the service is very friendly and she does a great job with the cuts. She’s also really fast, which you can tell comes from having tons of experience.
They seem to be pretty booked throughout the week. They’re closed on Sundays, and on Mondays they’re only open during the day by appointment.

Great experience friendly people from the front to the nurses and doc. Had multiple visits in a couple weeks and they did their very best to make the time there smooth easy and painless. They hear what your saying highly recommended
I cannot say enough about the superior service my mother received here when getting new dentures. She had 20 + year old dentures that needed to be replaced. After they had taken impressions, my mother was worried about the cost and changed her mind, deciding she did not want to spend the money. The team was gracious and were not going to charger her. She then changed her mind again after the impressions were destroyed and again the team was gracious and did not charge her for the extra time.
Next challenge, the locators she had were so worn down that the new dentures did not fit right. They ended up taking x-rays, again without charging more and did an extensive amount of research to find replacements, replaced without extra charges, and did new impressions to make sure the new dentures fit. The entire process did take a couple of months and I consider it time well spent. I absolutely appreciated how kind and attentive the entire team was with my mother. I highly recommend this place!

I was trying to find a new dental office when the previous one getting worse after change of ownership. I am glad that I chose federal way dental, front desk is efficient and welcoming, most importantly dental cleaning here is done by the book, doctor performs the ultrasound cleaning while technician/ hygienist performs other basic cleaning, Dr Liang is my new dentist and she is very knowledgeable and professional, whole cleaning went very well without feeling any discomfort.
As a patient of Light Dental, I had my first visit to this office (formerly Federal Way Dentistry) when I needed to reschedule an appointment and my local office was booked out too far. Trinity, my hygienist, was AMAZING! She was so sweet and friendly, very clearly knew her stuff, and explained some of the tools she used that were a little different (in a good way) from some of the standard ones I'm used to. She took the time to explain why she preferred different ones, gave me recommendations for a better water pick, and loaded up my to-go bag with actually useful stuff. Also, did I mention the massage chairs? This location is a farther drive for me but IMO it's worth it - great experience!

Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. I went in with very bad back pain to the point I could not walk well. I felt a huge difference each time I went and am now walking normally and have no pain.
I was hurt on the job and going to other chiropractors. They were not giving me much relief from my spinal injuries. Thankfully, I met Dr. McAuley. He listens and make sure he spends time with you to address all your needs. He really goes over and above. He just has a special touch as well! He’s made all the difference in my progress toward healing and getting back to be able to do so much more in life. And staff is absolutely wonderful as well!

This is an excellent grooming salon. The groomers are professional, skilled, attentive and pleasant and they did an excellent job grooming my mini poodle and pomeranian. You can also tell that the people working there love dogs ❤️?
I normally get the upgraded grooming package for my dog Milo. He loves going here and the groomers love to see him. I like how you can earn rewards points towards a free groom. One thing to watch out for is they do not always contact the right number for pick up that you give them. Multiple times they have called me while working to tell me he is ready for pick up when they were supposed to call my boyfriend for pick up. Other than that they do a great job and Milo always comes home happy and smelling amazing!

Hello, I want to share with you my experience 10 years ago I hurt my foot and I came to have Mrs. Laura massage me. She told me that you get pregnant with this massage. I told her that it is easier for Obama to legalize all people than for me to get pregnant and months later I got pregnant but I share this with you because I already had a 20-year-old son and I couldn't get pregnant but I only massaged myself twice. Thank God, I got pregnant with my daughter. She was a girl who Well, when I was 10 years old, I brought her so that I could meet her. This lady has wise hands. Whoever can't get pregnant, come, you don't lose anything by trying. My testimony is proof. Thank you, Mrs. Laura.

Cindy was great and so was Lynn. The only two suggestions I would have is 1. Advise people to turn their phones off while in the Salon. It's extremely annoying to hear someone's phone ring loud and listen to their conversation. 2. Every time someone called into the Salon they put that person in speaker phone. I would hate to know I was on speaker phone and no one in the salon wants to hear the conversations.
