I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to go to anyone else besides Rugi Beauty !! She is beyond talented and will take amazing care of your lashes. My lashes are always great quality, gorgeous AF, and to top it off I’m constantly getting complements on my lashes everywhere I go.
