“I normally get the upgraded grooming package for my dog Milo. He loves going here and the groomers love to see him. I like how you can earn rewards points towards a free groom. One thing to watch out for is they do not always contact the right number for pick up that you give them. Multiple times they have called me while working to tell me he is ready for pick up when they were supposed to call my boyfriend for pick up. Other than that they do a great job and Milo always comes home happy and smelling amazing!“

“I've taken our golden retriever that are multiple times. Their schedule books up quickly so ensure that you get on as early as possible and they will offer pre-booking future appointments. I went every 2 months. They are always friendly staff, efficient services, very cost friendly.“

“Mochi, our corgi, started going to Paws Play over 3 years ago. Jessica and her staff have always been very loving and attentive. When they were at the previous larger location, they were careful limiting the number of pups they have each day compared to other doggy daycares who don’t have a maximum. This really showed me that they truly care about our little precious one’s health as well as wanting to give each one the attention they deserve. When Jessica moved location to her house, we continued to take Mochi to her even though it was a bit out of the way to dirve prior to work because we trust them to look after Mochi as if he was their own pup. Mochi always loves going to them almost every day each week. Jessica is very communicative if there are any concerns and then sends out newsletters for updates. I also have enjoyed adventure days periodically when they have taken the pups to other places like parks and beaches.“

“I groom my mini schnauzer at home but she hates getting her nails clipped or dremeled. I have been to the salon 4 times for a walk in nail trim. The groomers have always been kind, friendly, and fast. I call ahead to be sure someone has time to do a walk in and they have always done her quick service immediately, takes a few minutes rather than the hour plus it would take me to do it. My dog only has to have scary nail time for a couple minutes saving her the stress, extra helpful as her nails are black and grow very quickly. Highly recommend!“

“We have been regular nail trim clients for the last two years. Our very sweet 45lb rescue is a always nervous about being handled by anyone but us. The young woman who works at the front desk and takes her for nail trims is so patient and great with her. She’s been intentional about building a relationship with her and takes her time. We love it there!“

“I am so, so happy I was told about Sir Willy's. I have two parakeets, and was told by our local exotic animal hospitals I would have to do a well visit before getting my birds' nails trimmed. Although I love my little guys very much, paying nearly $400 for a nail trim was out of the picture. I went to visit Jessy and Daniel, and they were absolutely what I was looking for. It's very clear these folks adore birds, and they love your pets like their own. They very kindly answered all my questions, and explained the risks/benefits of everything they were doing (to the benefit of my birds, not themselves). I would send anyone I know with birds to them, thank you guys so much!!“
