So: story time : back in February of 2026 my roof started leaking into my kitchen during a rainstorm. I got a patch job done by one company and the called around, Apex sent out Joe and Mike and they looked at the roof and asked a few questions about everything, turns out from their assessment, the roof was not properly installed whenever it was put on and improper shingles were on as well as flashing. They laid out what was gonna happen with the roof and we went from there. This last week of March they showed up and started work, along that route, they informed me that a portion of the roof had improper plywood that was wet, and I gave the blessing of new plywood that meets standards. I’m impressed with everything and happy to have a roof that I don’t have to have a tarp on any more.“
