It included new vapor barrier and along with the expected life of the painted ******************* made much more financial sense than wasting money painting the aging shakes. We went with ****'s group and our house looks sharp! They finished the whole house in a handful of days and cleaned up after themselves and were very polite on site and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Builders and would use them again. As an added benefit for an old house, the vapor barrier helped tighten our envelope and along with some new windows has made temperature control of our upper story palpably more comfortable. There are a handful of good subcontractors to work with, and this group is one of them. They provided very good value and the work looks to be of high quality.“
