I called the helpline number at 10am. They called me back and was very helpful with helping me find out that I have met my training hours and required yearly training. I tried calling later in the day for two days with no luck, but was very happy to speak with Dana Booker, who was very knowledgeable and clear at explaining to me how to even get my PTO in on my paydate and not let it go past 140 hours...I learned a lot from speaking with her. Top notch service.
