I am a parent-caregiver, and I had somehow been switched to a different type of provider, which requires a different and longer training, by a specific time. When I was first alerted, I called and they told me not to worry about it. I kept getting notifications for it, and it started giving deadline was really close, and the trainings are hard to schedule in a timely fashion. I called back, two more times and was told not to worry about it. Thu-Diem Le is an absolute Angel the very best representative I’ve seen in a long time!! Maranda was at the front desk and she took care of me perfectly. I had to take one moment to speak to the county Prosecutor regarding one of my clients and the entire team is just extremely supportive and I’m grateful. Thank you again!!
