I had a man named Ted that came out, wonderful person explained everything in detail, did a great job and gave me a 100 dollar discount. Resolved my issues and fixed the problem before he left. Ted Klein was veryprofessional and nice. Explained everything to me in detail so I could pick the right option. Did a great job on replacing my old outlet with a three prong outlet.
