I chose Community Pet Clinic because the wait times with standard vet offices is over two months. I took my cat Odin in today for an ear infection. The staff was wonderful, not only on the phone but also in person, especially Yessica, who did Odin's intake and discharge. Dr. Lee was friendly and through. I left with medication and comprehensive instructions. The bill was very reasonable - less than if I had had a scheduled veterinarian appointment. The working mode of this clinic is efficient, streamlined and maximizes pet safety. Good News! Good Vets! Reasonable PricingThe employees are helpful and great on the phone. Empathy, I understand when people are anxious and panicked about their furbie family members. Especially when there is a line ahead or the weather is too cold or hot.Yes, I've waited over eight hours in a hot car in a full parking lot clinics that charged over $500 a visit with no diagnosis or a clue as to what could be wrong with the family dog. What we suspected and what proved to be true one year later was cancer. We spent over 5K for that diagnosis. Had we went to Blue Pearl the same treatment could have cost 20K so... This Veterinary Clinic has been very helpful with the medical care of my accumulation of community cats. They don't offer all services, but so far I haven't had to be referred out.For those of you who need a Trap, Neuter, Release clinic, Northwest Spay and Neuter is a great program. They took care of my 9 Feral cats that came with my house in the South End.
