Unbelievably response & professional. I received a call back within 10 minutes, & they arrived 10-15 minutes after that. I very quickly & expertly received a water heater, the same day. Really great attitudes & work ethic from both the apprentice & journey/owner. They will be our go to for all water heater & plumbing issues. We are recommending Mainline to all of our friends & family. Veteran owned, too. Even better!

Called Monday morning, earliest appt next day with 8am-10am window. Tues received call from Michael, he was 20 min out, arrived promptly at 930am. Michael greeted me professionally and wore mask, shoe coverings. I had booked job for blocked sewer drain in basement, but when Michael arrived, I told him I also had an issue with no hot water to kitchen fawcet. He got right to work. After an hour and a half, he had completed both the sewer drain and the kitchen sink. He then went through each item on the bill, snaking drain, camera, flushing-for a homeowner of 25 yrs, I thought the bill was very reasonable. Great people.
