“All Seasons is the best! They have taken care of us for over 20 years.. starting when we first bought our house and had a Carrier Heat Pump and air handler installed, to now when we needed our Daikin Mini-Split system fixed (thanks to Ken!!!).
Everyone that has been to our home for service is super knowledgeable, courteous, and just a pleasure to work with.

Steven and his team came out and replaced the entire HVAC system for us at the beginning of the summer. I'm admittedly a high-maintenance customer and Steven was on-site throughout the process and after, making sure things were perfect. They even fixed something ugly the previous contractor had done.

We're hitting 100 degree days now and the system isn't even straining. House gets to and stays whatever temperature we want and we never hear it.

We're using less electricity, making less noise, with better comfort and a clean install. Highly recommended.“

“I have never previously written an online review, but my recent experience with Central Heating makes me feel like I need to. After being away for six months, I arrived home last week to find that my HVAC system would not work. The fan was unmoveable--frozen solid--and since it is a 20+ year old system, I figured that I would probably, however reluctantly ($10000), finally have to replace it. After checking out the top-rated HVAC companies in Vancouver, I decided to go with Central precisely because it is smaller and I would be dealing directly with the owners responsible for the whole business, rather than with some, perhaps less committed, employee. I called Oleg, whose message suggested I might expect a reply within two days, but in the event, he called back within the hour, and we set up an appointment for a couple days later. No crisis, since the temps have been pleasant and mild. Two days later, Vitaly came out, and when I described the problem, he confirmed that, IF I needed a new unit, I would be looking at a total replacement and a 10k bill. But after examining the unit, he suggested that, before we did anything drastic, we could try just replacing the motor and capacitor and see if that did the trick. Two days later, he arrived as scheduled and within an hour, he had replaced the motor and, sure enough, he had the system running fine. Total bill, including labor: $600, which, according to my math, is Way less than $10k. So---responsive, prompt, reliable, with an eye to keeping costs as low as possible. Sounds good to me! Post-pandemic, we have gotten used to overtaxed services, broken supply chains, and much higher prices. It's wonderful to see a business that can still do the job quickly and effectively for a very reasonable cost. Don't be deterred by the fact that they are a smaller company. That proved to be a big advantage. Go with Central. You will not regret it.“

“First time using this company and they did a great job they gave us a start and a finish date in moving and replacing our heating and hot water systems to the garage with a new A/C unit outside. Showed up on time, worked all day and finished when promised. Cleaned up all debris without being asked and was easy to communicate with. Tyson the owner was very creative in resolving our challenge and the final project turned out better than we imagined. I included a picture that shows how precise his work is with all the lines and pipes following the contour of the equipment allowing to take up the least amount of space. I’ve dealt with a lot of different type of construction companies in the past 20 years and this company has been the best great staff all super friendly just an overall great experience thank you Tyson Corey and Kathy for helping us out in a pinch. “Our HVAC went out this last week during 100 degree weather. I called this past Friday morning and spoke to Kurt and informed him of the issues I was having with my unit. While on the phone, he immediately had me trouble shooting some things, and when that didn't work he mentioned how he would try to make it out later that day to take a look. Kurt was able to make it in the early afternoon (same day) and replaced a broken piece, but then also confirmed that he would come back the next day (Saturday) to to discuss my options, since the unit was 14 years old and needed coolant (R22), which is no longer available as the US Government had banned it many years ago. Kurt showed up the next day (and on time) for our 9:30am meeting. We did a walk through with the AC unit discussing all of the "ins and outs" surrounding the problems with my unit. (I already had an idea that I would probably need to replace the unit - after all it was 14 years old and was practically on 24/7. And...the R22 coolant was an issue). We scheduled to have the unit replaced two days later on Monday 8/1/2022 (today). Kurt and his team showed up on time at 9:30am, replaced the unit, cleaned everything up...hauled it out, and left at 1:30pm...and I couldn't be happier with their work!! Kurt is EXTREMELY helpful, kind and informative as he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy and comfortable - I just can't say enough good things about him and his team! P.S. I used another AC company about six months ago and there's a SIGNIFICANT night and day difference in customer service, information, performance, quality of work, and customer care. This is the ONLY company I would recommend - I am so happy!! Thank you Kurt - you're the best...it's only been 30 minutes since you left and I already miss you guys! (Lol) Thank you again for everything!!“

“My heater stopped working again, after a year. Previously, I called Roth; they got it working, but I had to wait an extra day in the cold and it cost hundreds of dollars. I knew there had to be a better solution, so I looked for a company without a website and found Hanson Heating.I called and he was at my house within 15 minutes! He was very quick to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in 10 minutes, PLUS he showed me how to fix it myself in the future. He barely charged me anything for his time, so it's safe to say their prices are extremely reasonable, VERY inexpensive. I called him at 6 pm on Saturday evening and he answered and told me how to bypass the pump and keep our AC working in this heat wave. “Damar has so few reviews and I imagine this must be because they are old Portland and all word of mouth? Our architect friend born & raised in Portland has a small collection of real estate, so when we needed a new furnace he recommended Damar, he always uses them. Wow, were they EASY to work with. So professional, I felt very comfortable around them and that's not something I can say about every contractor we've signed with. Damar really took care of us, above & beyond, double checked everything, ran stress tests. I would especially say if you are a single woman trying to maintain your home these guys will not try to hoodwink you with lingo or dodgy work etc. They are a family company and family men with the next generation training under them, and I just felt super comfortable having them at the house, didn't feel uneasy about the work or quality of work or my lack of knowledge. They explained everything as they went along and I was so grateful how they kept checking the interface settings so I didn't have to load anything myself. They use Ruud, the youtubers all conclude that's the best/reliable, in case you haven't looked up some videos for your research. And I love the Ruud interface, it's just a few buttons rather than spinning the Google Nest round and round. It's a blessing to have easy contractors to work with, these are great guys.“
