“We needed a new home furnace, Serge came out quickly and got us a quote with great options the next day. Their price was better than competitive. Once we ordered they came out within a few days to install. Victor and Peter were very good installers, friendly and efficient. They listened to my comments during the install and did things to my satisfaction. I'm a retired engineer and am very particular. The next day I discovered that some air was leaking out of the system in my garage, not good. I called their office and they had a man out (Dan) within a few hours. He sealed up the leaks on the Mitsubishi unit and helped us to better understand the new thermostat. We highly recommend Precision Air! John L“

“In the main-office lobby at NW HVAC, there is a framed poster that includes the words, honesty, integrity, etc. For most companies, these are just words. At NW HVAC they put these values into practice.
My A/C went out during one very hot week. I had the good fortune of being referred to this company by the nice folks at Appliance Clinic.
The owner Steve V. came right out to meet with us and assess both our cooling and heating systems. I found Steve to be a very honest person and a man of integrity. He said he could fix the A/C, but since it was the original equipment (25 years-old) it may be best to invest in a new system. He offered three options and gave us a very fair estimate for replacing both cooling and heating system. (doing it together saves so much in labor)
We opted for the high-efficiency Ruud system and were scheduled within a few weeks (they also deducted rebates that Ruud offered.) On installation day, the guys were on time and got right to work. Kellen, Tyler, and Tyler (yes, there are two Tylers) worked quickly, neatly and efficiently and were fun guys to hang out with. It took about a day and a half to complete the process. When they were done, we had a sparkling new, properly installed, HVAC system.
We feel so grateful to have found this amazing company. Do not hesitate to give them a call.

Steven and his team came out and replaced the entire HVAC system for us at the beginning of the summer. I'm admittedly a high-maintenance customer and Steven was on-site throughout the process and after, making sure things were perfect. They even fixed something ugly the previous contractor had done.

We're hitting 100 degree days now and the system isn't even straining. House gets to and stays whatever temperature we want and we never hear it.

We're using less electricity, making less noise, with better comfort and a clean install. Highly recommended.“
