“Phil Boehm was an excellent technician! Pleasant and courteous disposition. Checked all locations for where the clog was and took care of it.
The gal that took my call was also very courteous and called me back the moment she knew when the guy would head my way. This was followed up with a text and a photo of the guy coming. This is excellent service!
My stars are based on the outrageous cost and not on the employee. I have no idea how these prices are calculated but in my opinion I feel like after covid everybody just decided to hike their costs and gouge customers! I'm a senior citizen as well as disabled and have no idea how to continur to afford matters that concern home ownership.“

“I had the broken pipe in June and called Rossco plumping service, the staff answered the call right away eventhough it was in the weekend and Ross showed up at my house shortly to do inspection. They refered me to the companies who helps handling the floor damages with the insurance company due to the water leak. The pipe repairing was done properly by Rossco Plumpimg and the price is reasonable. I will refer the company to other friends.“

“We had a plumbing leak in the bathroom - the faucet as well as the turn-off valve under the sink - resulting in water in the bath cabinet, on the floor and down into the utility room in basement below.

We were very glad to find Proline, 24-hour service, as this was a Saturday morning, and we had to turn off all water to the house to stop the leak.

Tony from Proline was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing both turnoff valves under the sink. He had to get cartridges to replace those in the hot and cold water faucet knobs. While weekend service is expensive, we were very appreciative of Tony's customer service, and quick return with the parts needed. Thank you Tony and Proline!“
