“Sewer Line Repair with Minimal Yard Damage – Great Experience with Sarkinen Home Services

During a house inspection, I was informed that a section of my sewer line leading to the street was broken and needed replacement. Unfortunately, the break was located in a beautifully landscaped area of our yard, and I was very concerned about the potential damage to our plants, sprinklers, and lawn.

I called Marco at Sarkinen Home Services for a second opinion. Out of all the bids I received, Marco was the only camera technician who offered a practical alternative to tearing up our yard with a backhoe. His solution was to use a Vactor hydro excavation truck, which would minimize damage to the landscape.

We decided to hire Sarkinen, and their team handled everything from start to finish. They coordinated with all utility companies to locate underground gas, power, telecommunications, sewer, storm, and water lines ahead of time.

On the day of the repair, both technicians arrived on time, in uniform, and in clearly marked work vehicles. They were professional, courteous, and explained the entire procedure before getting started. They got right to work, completed the repair efficiently, and left our yard clean and free of any debris.

After the service was complete and paid for, I had a few follow-up questions. Marco responded immediately, came out in person to address my concerns, and even re-scoped the repaired area. He allowed me to watch the live camera feed and later sent me a copy of the video for my records.
