Replaced my kitchen sink and faucet on my own… but when attempting to connect the new faucet I ran into a problem beyond my skill level (which was limited to begin with). The water valves would need replaced. I did the work on a Saturday and found this out on a Sunday morning. I had no luck when I called around (either left a message or was told someone might be able to come out later in the week); no luck until I called Arn’s Plumbing. Duane called me right back just before he was heading to church. He was able to have someone come out the next day which was incredible to me. Very friendly and easy to work with. They were flexible and worked with our busy schedule when we urgently needed our water heater replaced. Also, they charged significantly less than the other quote we received. Highly recommended and will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

Duane came and removed our old toilets and installed new ones. You can tell he values hard work and doing a QUALITY job, being attentive to details. He was also kind, professional, and timely.
