Rays came out on a Saturday afternoon to look at what I believed to be a clogged toilet. The fix ended up being very simple and I only ended up paying the after hours trip fee. I just appreciated Colin’s approach and helpfulness. He wasn’t pushy and explained everything including offering suggestions for future improvements to help with preventing problems down the road. Definitely would recommend. Thank you!
We are thrilled with all the work that Rays completed with plumbing a drain vent (house was built in the late 60’s and that necessary venting was missed) for 2 dif bathroom sinks and a shower! Between the calls to Rays and interacting with Missy who is very sweet and patient, to meeting Tyler who assessed the work and options we had, to Collin initiating the required work with Tyler returning to help…all were very professional, kind, attentive, while keeping us in the loop through the very long work day for Collin and Tyler. When I called Rays Plumbing I had great customer service from the time I called in until my tech left. They were able to send out a technician the same day. He was thorough in investigating my issue (I had water dripping from my water heater vent) and explained everything he was doing. He was very patient with all the questions I had as someone who knows nothing about plumbing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
