Came home to a water main leak at the meter. Verified with the Battle Ground water department it was on my side. I called three other 24/7 companies and Nate was the only one who actually answered at 6:30 pm. Jake was in Camas finishing up a job and came arrived at almost 8:00. By 9:00 Jake repaired the leak and replace the pressure reducing valve. Jake was very thorough and professional, he explained what he would do and how much it would cost. I highly recommend Nate's plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Thank you guys!!
Ashley in the office was friendly and helpful. Even though they were booked for the day, she was able to put us on standby, due to the urgency of our job. She thoroughly explained the process, our options, and the cost upfront. Luckily, there was an opening just a few hours after calling and Thomas arrived promptly. He took the time to understand our issue, as well as explain to me the process of repairing. After he took the time to confirm the exact issue and what repair would be needed, he discussed with me to make sure I understood and agreed to the work being done. The repair was done quickly, and we were very pleased with the overall experience.

I’ll continue to call the people at Nate’s Plumbing because I know the job will be done right at a fair price every time.
