We are so thankful for Nate’s Plumbing! We had a pipe burst a little past midnight and was flooding the bathroom and started leaking out in the hallway. By the time we got to it and shut the water off it created a bit of a mess. Our biggest concern was with a family of 5, we needed water quickly! lol
Nate’s Plumbing schedule was full when I called them first thing in the morning when they opened up. They graciously asked about our situation and once they heard the story, they said we will have a crew come within an hour to hour and a half. Jim came out today and did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink drain. He is an awesome person. We got service the same day we called for help. He gave us a great education of what not to put down the drain. We are 100% pleased with his work. Thank you Jim.
