“My 84 year old mother's yard had a pool of water that was getting bigger and bigger. I called Waterways on a Sat. and Kel answered the 24 hour need call. He was so very very nice and helpful. He told me about a couple of ideas to check and I did. We were able to shut off the water and avoid more of the cost of wasted water and were able to identify that the leak was not coming from inside the house, it was out in the yard. The city came out and said it wasn't their problem. Kel came out on Monday and fixed it. He also went under the house to double inspect. I had called at least 10 different plumbers, even those with 24 emergency service listed and Waterways was the only one to answer their phone on the weekend. My mom has had them come out to her house for other unrelated jobs and they have always been so professional and kind. I will always use them in the future!
