Mr. Rico Russell came to my house on Monday morning within an hour of me calling. Had to get my kitchen sink unplugged immediately. He was the epitome of what I expected in someone coming to my home to perform a service. Rico was professional and courteous from start to finish and I can't really think of how or what he could have done better. Will definitely recommend and call back for any future plumbing needs.
Their appointment scheduling was timely. Terry was wonderful. I had two malfunctioning toilets. He knew exactly what the problem was with each and worked quickly to get them fixed. He spent extra time cleaning stain off inside of tank and helped with an unrelated troublesome shower head. I would confidently recommend him/Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for plumbing services.
