Eddie is a great guy and really knows what he is doing. He was able to find location of the leak immediately with only opening the wall in one section (usually it may take opening a few different areas to source a leak). He was quick, professional and overall just a nice guy who wanted to do everything to help us as soon as possible. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job, and hope to work with him again sometime in the future. Thank you Eddie!
My A&O hybrid heat pump water heater was having a problem, and, thankfully, Proline sent a team out the next day. Darren and Michael were courteous, efficient, and replaced the unit within a couple of hours. Darren pointed out calcium deposits in the water leaked by the old water heater and suggested installing a filter system to protect plumbing and other appliances. I appreciate the tip! New water heater is working beautifully. 🙂
Today, 7/2/26,Nick came out to fix another pipe leak and replaced the manifold. He was so polite and informative! He went above and beyond with all duties needed. Way to go Nick!!!
