Only complaint is that they only accept cash or cheque, and I was NOT told this information prior to the service. “Was in need of a new toilet as our old one clogs 2+ times a year.
Severn gave us a multitude of price ranges and explained each options in detail.
He was so incredibly patient answering all my questions big or small as I know nothing about plumbing.
Him and his assistant (Thank you Grey!) came and installed a beautiful new toilet within our price range and gave us his guarentee.
His price is fair for his time and expertise. Even taught me a few tips and tricks as well as insisted on teaching me how to turn off the water shut off valve in an emergency.
When our furnace needs servicing we will be calling him which is relief as my parents don't speak English well and I won't have to worry about someone scamming them or cutting corners.

“Anyone buying a house should hire these guys to inspect their sewage and permiter drainage systems. It's a really important part of a home and it gave me great peace of mind to know the status of the systems in the home I just bought.

Their technician Vince did a great job inspecting and explaining to me about how my home's drainage and plumbing systems worked and showed me a video of his inspection.

He even took the time to replace a toilet water inlet line since he saw it was old. Highly recommended!“

“This should be a five-star review but we had some challenges during demolition. I'll start with the good news: this company was chosen after comparing them with four other highly rated firms. We chose them because their communication was excellent and their pricing was competitive and they were more than just a roofing contractor. That's important to us when it comes to flashing and finishing details. The installation itself looks great. They were able to schedule us in quickly and the work was well coordinated even with changes in the weather. The 15 year warranty from City and Country gives us confidence in their workmanship. The owner of the company made the effort to ensure that the work was done to their High standards. The only issue we had was during demolition. I understand that the work had to happen quickly because of upcoming rain. Although there was a bin near to the roof for the waste material the workers were throwing debris all over the place. I now know that this is not their practice but unfortunately this is what happened for us. It was a lot of work for City and Country to send people to the house to do the cleanup. In the end the cleanup was done to our satisfaction but it did take a long time to find all the bits and pieces. The downside for us was that it wasn't really safe to walk around the house for over a week. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the work. We recommend that you be clear that waste material be thrown into the bin and not around the house. In the end, we would hire them again for any exterior work on our home. We plan to do maintenance with them as well. They are an excellent company to work with.“

“The Ener-save employees installed a new furnace for me on the coldest day of 2015, December 30. They came on time, worked for eleven hours and completed the job (which included replacing intake and outflow pipes in the attic and connecting the furnace to the drain under the house). Matthew, Chad, and Tyler were all very respectful and pleasant, and they explained many things to me, which wasn't easy since I know nothing about heating systems. While furnaces are not cheap, when I consider the time they put in I think I got a good deal. I recommend this company highly.“
