From the emergency answering service to the quick return calls from TWO technicians, our experience with Gary's was off to a very positive start. We were updated multiple times, told everything we needed to know up front so no surprises, and updated throughout the job. After the enormous root ball had been removed, the tech performed a detailed inspection of the drain pipe and arranged for follow up to help us prevent this in future. What started out as a nightmare was turned into a story with a happy ending.
