The team was clean and respectful.

Having a large family that works hard sometimes out in the cold all day, its nice to know that everyone will have the chance of a hot shower not just the first one or two.

I am so thankful that this company cares about the safety and health of the customers, when address concerns about the smell of propane from the exhaust fumes, they were able to vent the exhaust out through the roof.
As there was a straight pipe that went right out of the roof .

Always make sure you see and know where the exhaust pipe will be. Not recommend to have it near sitting areas, or windows that are often left opened, if possible.
Some people like me are extremely sensitive to the odor.

I write this review with her in mind as well as Cody as he was very kind when he came back to look into the matter.
The original venting of the exhaust into our back yard, sitting area, they were able to easily correct to our request pipe it out the roof.

I do highly recommend this company their team as well worked hard and were kind.

also I have notice a few elderly people arent always tech savy. Email communication etc, and find it difficult to understand some accents. It is refresh to have an english speaking, good quality company.“
